To remove the leather pad that is secured to the frame by means of 3 pivots and a special basket, just push gently outwards.
To remove the lenses, take the glasses by the adjustable bridge and with the Pc round washer push the lens upwards gently and make it slide out; also lever gently near each pivot so that the lens will come
out of its proper place.
To adjust the bridge, you only need to turn the nose pad bush clockwise or anticlockwise, depending on whether you want to make the opening wider or narrower; it is recommended to lubricate the mechanism now and then.     More

To unhook the ear piece, press gently with your nail on the inside hook and slip out the ear piece.
At this point you can reassemble the glasses either with the kit second ear piece or with the elastic band, just by slightly pressing on the hook. (see photo) To replace the lenses, press gently on the lens outwards, being careful to enlarge the ocular or eye piece a bit, in order to have it slip out more easily. When you want to put in the new lens, keep the ocular a bit wider and push the lens gently outwards from the side until you can hear a click.     More

 EPOQUE LINE - HOW TO REPLACE YOUR BAND
  1. Turn your glasses upside down.
  2. Extract a piece of band from the buckle.
  3. Insert the side part of the seam in the buckle hole the band comes out from.
  4. Once you have inserted a piece, pull it from the other side. You will be able to remove it easily.
  5. To position your band, insert a small corner of the seam in the buckle and pull it from the other side. You will be able to insert it easily.
    If you use thick helmets, the band is to be inserted in the outermost hole of the buckle so that it clings better to you face.
 
  TECHNIC LINE
  STRING + STRING 8 BIT
To change lens, push from the inside to the outside. After removing the lenses you can assemble lenses with another colour. Verify the lens (right or left). Lenses must be assembled from the outside and not from the inside of the frame.
Put the lens in the guide and push up to the click. Press strongly beginning from the external part (that near the temples) until you hear a “click”; check that the lens doesn’t go out the frame.
Then assemble the second lens. Don’t put on goggles if the lenses are not well fixed. For doubts of
explanations contact our technicians.
Attention : insert first the ventilated okular and after the lens (curve 8). The change of the lenses must be made with goggles not put on. Don’t use goggles without lenses or with one only lens.
Use always lenses with the same colour. Don’t use ruined lenses. To clean goggles and lenses, don’t use solvent.     More

  MAF / MAFY - MATIZ - PILOT - SARAT - SEDY - SATY
MAF-MAFY > To replace the dark lenses with the light progressive ones, first remove the 2 external pins and then the central ones. When reassembling, slide the lenses into the technical fabric hole and then hook the pins, starting from the ones in the centre.
 
MATYZ > Insert the elastic band in the side slot and slide it on the slipknot embracing the 2 slot ends. To replace the lenses and insert the spare ones, carry out the same operations in an inverted order.
 
PILOT > For technical or creative needs, you can replace the lens acetate with other colors (on request) carefully enlarging the okulare rubber, sewn to the frame of skin and tissue, and pull or putting it on the board.
 
SARAT > Directions for disassembling and reassembling your mask.
  1. to remove your lens:
    - unhook your lens from the upper part
    - unhook your lens from the lower part
    - remove both sides pushing your lens from inside.
  2. to assemble your lens:
    - insert your lens on one side first
    - then insert it on the other side and carefully fix the upper and lower edges making sure that the lens is rightly positioned in its seat.
 
SATY > Directions for disassembling and reassembling your mask.
  1. Gently open your mask from above.
  2. Remove your double lens exctracting it from the upper part first, then from each edge and finally from the lower part.
  3. Insert a mask of a different colour (included in our kit if required)
    - first inserting it in its seat on one side
    - then on the other side
    - insert the upper side
    - then the lower one, carefully placing the lens near the nose.

  ANNAPURNA >
  1. To hook the sides, place them with their shorter part upwards in relation to their central notches. Insert the arm from outside through the leather loop. Hook the central notches on the
    arm and the sides on the lens frame.
  2. To hook the nose pad, insert the leather edge with its clip between the sweat protection and the high bridge.
  3. To replace the arms, unscrew the screws with the special screwdriver and reuse them to fix the curved arms.
  4. The string is to be hooked on the metal parts of their sides. Insert it from outside in the second hole from above and knot it so as to fix it. Repeat the same operation on the other side.
 
101 OVAL > To replace your lenses, turn the ring toward the ouside of your frame, then push inwardly (SEE PHOTO). To reposition your lenses, invert the above mentioned procedure. Attention: decentralised
lenses, the left lens is indicated by a little mark.
 
101 SAR > In our 101 Sar model it is possible to remove the nose pad using the special clip.
 
OPTIRACING > The additional optical device enables inserting lenses with a vision defect up to –2.5. Your lenses can be fixed both by your optician and by us.
To manufacture your vision lenses, we will need your optician’s prescription, including the distance between your pupils.
  1. First insert the lash in the eyepiece.
  2. Insert both pins in the silicone stop.
  3. To focus your vision lenses, turn the lens inserted in the frame along the lash.
  4. Once you have found the right distance, do not touch any more.

All of them have easy-to-interchange lens in different types of plastic materials, except the Master model.

Please pay attention to the following specifications:

SAAR > Do not grip the foam too strong. There is also a yellow antifog
lens at disposal, for specific use.
 
SPAAR >The lenses are similar but they have a right and a left side. Due to a minimal imperfection in the handmade mould, there is a small wisp of air.
 
TAAR > They have a special patented screw hidden in the frame: it allows to put the lens in and out. Place the lens with care and do not open up the thiny hole.
 
DOOR > It’s very flexible. Insert the lens first from temple side.
 
WIND-HIM > Attention, do not put away the gum-tip on the temple by narrow helmet: the temple gets broken. We are preparing a special temple. In some items of first series the screw can fall out.
 
WIND-HIT > Do not change the lens of the small okular: change the whole okular putting on the spare one.
 
HAAN > These are motorcycle glasses, but without their foam frame they become a sports model.
The foam mask is hooked with two pins on the nose. Push the central part from below to remove it. To reinsert it, push from above. These glasses can be provided with vision lenses.
 
PISTY >Your lens has micro-points to hook the inside of the frame. The side seat has two reference points. There is a military version available in the USA.
 
TAEG > You can remove your round eyepiece with your lens inserted outwardly (toward the arm) from the nose). To reinsert it, let it slide through the rail, provided with a small tooth, toward your nose. Do not remove your lens.
 
TYBAN > To remove the lens, open slightly the frame where it is and push from inside to outside. To put it do the same thing but in reverse (from outside to inside) until you hear a click.
 
MYTO > Open sweetly the grillamid frame until is possible to slide the mask, that is very carved. To reintroduce it, support on the advanced chassis, opening sweetly. Insert into the 2 frame support (down) until the click.
 
TYSS > To remove the lens, open slightly the frame where it is and push from inside to outside. To put it do the same thing but in reverse (from outside to inside) until you hear a click.
  BIKE LINE
  BAY - BYVY - BYTY
BAY> To remove the lens, press while widening the nose, and the lens will slide along the plit of the nosepad. Then remove it from the side splits to put it in place again, since the frame is rigid.
 
BYTY > Place the monolens along the upper border of the frame, then insert it in the side split by slightly widending, first one side border and then the other. Don't worry: our materials are strong, but flexible. We guarantee maximum usability. Please send us an e-mail in case of problems.
 
BYVY magnet > Place the lens with the magnet on the nose and from there, push it until it hooks on the borders. These goggles have optimal grip and the lenses are light but strong and opaque.
  BAND LINE
  SPEED 1 - SPEED 4 - REK - TAN - CORDY - NEW MOD
SPEED 1 > To remove the mask, slightly widen it along the perimeter and then toward your nose.
To insert the spare mask, insert first one side, then the other. Finally push toward your nose until you hear a clic (be careful not to break the central bar). You have 2 ways of fixing the band on the mask, according to desired wearability.
 
SPEED 4 > You can properly insert the 3 spare lenses Roviez, ashyellow, smoke brown using the clips. For special uses we can modify the band.
 
REK - TAN > In order to change the lens, enlarge soflty the eyepice that contains the lens e press from the inside to the outside. To insert the lens, do the opposite: from the outside to the inside, beginning from one side and finishing with the other, until the hearing of a “CLICK”.
 
CORDY >In order to change the lens, enlarge soflty the eyepice that contains the lens e press from the inside to the outside. To insert the lens, do the opposite: from the outside to the inside, beginning from one side and finishing with the other, until the hearing of a “click”. Please very be careful at the nose bridge, that joins the 2 eyepieces. This is very flexible and could break.
 
NEW MOD > You can easily take off the mask turning the little screw in the middle of it and extracting the mask beginning from one side and finishing with the other. In the hole you can put perscriptive lenses and you can also change the temples with the band.
